Mr T.R. Balaraman (B Com, FCA)

The late Mr Balaraman, the founder partner of the Firm established the firm along with Mr V.K. Nandakumar in the year 1985. Balu Swamy, as he was fondly called, commenced practicing Chartered Accountancy in year 1965. He hailed from a family that produced some of the fist entrepreneurs in the state of Kerala. He was the Managing Partner of the firm until his death in the year 2014. His vision and the energy that he had instilled in the other partners still continues to drive the firm till date.
Mr V.K. Nandakumar (B Sc, FCA, DISA)

He is the founder partner of the firm qualified Chartered Accountancy course in year 1982. With more than 35 years of experience, Nandakumar brings with him, immense knowledge in the field of Company audits, audit of Banking companies, and Company formations/restructuring. He also plays the role of a mentor to the younger partners of the firm. He is the Managing partner of the firm and is seated at our Head Office in Thrissur.
Mr T.B. Jaiganesh (B Com, FCA)

An Article of the firm, Jai joined the firm back as partner in the year 2011. He qualified Chartered Accountancy course in year 2004. Prior to joining the firm, Jai worked with some of the International Audit firms in the audit and assurance functions. He is an expert in statutory audit of Companies and Direct Tax laws, and heads the Tax and Regulatory services of the firm in India. He manages the Coimbatore branch of the firm, and is also the Managing Partner of the firm’s associate concern in Dubai, BNN Chartered Accountants.
Ms Sowmya S (B Com, FCA)

Sowmya qualified Chartered Accountancy in the year 2009. She joined the firm as partner in the year 2011. Prior to joining the firm, Sowmya articled with an International Audit Firm, and subsequently worked in the Corporate finance function of a reputed business house in India. Sowmya manages the Internal audits and advisory services of the firm. She also heads the statutory audit function of our associate concern, BNN Chartered Accountants, Dubai. Being a Rank Holder in the Chartered Accountancy exams, Sowmya also heads the Learning and Education function for the firm in India and UAE and is responsible for our people development activities.
